Q: What is the difference between broad- and full-spectrum CBD?
A: If an extract is full-spectrum, this means it contains all phytochemicals naturally found in the plant, including CBD, trace cannabinoids, terpenes, and essential oils. Full-spectrum extracts from hemp also come with a negligible THC content — below 0.3% Although non-psychoactive, full-spectrum CBD can give you a false positive during a drug test, especially if you consume high doses of CBD oil daily. That’s when the broad-spectrum CBD comes in. Like full-spectrum CBD, broad-spectrum CBD contains cannabidiol and all the other compounds within the plant. However, it goes through an additional process to remove the trace amounts of THC, completely removing it after the initial extraction. Parkinson’s disease: Cannabidiol may make muscle movement and tremors worse in people with Parkinson’s disease. Therefore, CBD products like Lucent Valley should be avoided in patients with Parkinson’s. History of hypersensitivity to cannabidiols or any of the ingredients in the product.
Before you start taking a hemp-based product like Lucent Valley, you should consult with your physician. Inform your doctor of other medications that you are taking before you take Lucent Valley. Do not take Lucent Valley if you are allergic to any of its ingredients, including cannabidiol.
